Occupational Health and Safety mobile course

Who said that OHS has to be boring? No more napping in the training centre! My client — an industrial company — wanted needed an effective, reliable and attractive employee training. They also wanted to be sure that all employees (some of whom work dispersed all over the country) will attend the course in person as this was the certification requirement. My task as the consultant was to define user flow, design educational strategy for mobile devices, create a prototype of the mobile app and two parts of the course, as well as perform tests on the target group. I came up with a solution in the form of a mobile course accessible on a tablet whenever necessary. Short, cartoon-based chapters presented as knowledge pills came up to the expectations of both the management board and the employees, who appreciated above all personalised content, examples from the company’s everyday life and a bit of humour.
