Plan and execution of a strategic meeting
Two-day meeting for 200 employees
Objective: presentation of the company’s new strategy and getting employees involved in particular projects.
In order to identify the Client’s needs and define achievable results, I led one-day workshop for senior management during which we determined goals, success indicators and challenges related to promoting and implementing the new strategy. I presented a number of inspirational ideas regarding the convention’s agenda and various forms and tactics that make employees really involved in the proposed undertakings. Based on the decisions made by the senior management, I designed the agenda of the 2-day meeting and prepared communication strategy. I also led the whole convention.
